OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
It is the policy of Sydneywide Commercial Cleaning to take all necessary and appropriate steps to reduce the risk of personal injury to our staff and clients. We provide and maintain safe, healthy and environmentally sound working conditions through a proactive safety program and ongoing observation of all safety laws.
Our Employees are required:
- To observe all set safety standards, laws and practices in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- To use, at all times, all appropriate safety equipment as provided.
- To behave in a manner that will ensure personal safety and safety for all others.
Sydneywide believes that safety is paramount and it is the responsibility of each manager and all employees to reach and maintain our target: A Safer Workplace. POLICY STATEMENT
The management and employees of Sydneywide believe that the Safety and Health of all personnel are an essential part of its business activities. The Company is therefore committed to conduct its operations in a manner that will neither cause people to be hurt, nor put their health at risk. In doing so it embraces the approach that zero lost time and a zero injury frequency are key management objectives to be pursued with the same vigour as other high priority management objectives. It further recognises that the benefits to be gained from successful safety and health programs are significant in both human and monetary terms that fully justify the pursuit of the highest standards of occupational safety and health at all times.
